Go to the southernmost section of the docks, and you will find the horseshoe at one of the docks. There is a loading dock south of the runway called LVA Freight Depot. The horseshoe is on the ground in front of the central 'X' shaped building at the Las Venturas airport. You will find the horseshoe in front of the cargo containers. There are some cargo containers near the end of the runway. The horseshoe is at the northern end of the runway at the Las Venturas Airport. The horseshoe is on the roof of the church located southeast of Come-A-Lot. You will find the horseshoe under the "Welcome to Las Venturas" sign standing tall by the main highway. Go west of the church and jump over the wall to find the horseshoe on the other side. If you walk over it, you will fall through the walkway. The platform seems to be there for visual purposes, and it is not "solid." It would be best if you used a jetpack to fly over the horseshoe to collect it.
The billboard reads, "Victim.to die for." The horseshoe is on the walkway platform of this billboard. There is a billboard just east of the pizza restaurant in Starfish Casino.
The horseshoe is in the middle of Green Grass College, located in the southwestern part of Las Venturas.
There is a horseshoe at the back of the shopping mall at Creek located in the northeastern section of Las Venturas. You can go up to the red building using the stairs of the yellow building connected with it. There is a red building with three ledges directly east of Come-A-Lot. The horseshoe is on top of one of the main castle towers at Come-A-Lot. The horseshoe is on top of the Come-A-Lot sign. You will find the horseshoe at the end of the pathway.
There will be a building with a sign that reads "Sumo." Go right, and there will be a small pathway with an adjacent wall. The horseshoe is at the Blackfield Intersection. The horseshoe is on the roof of the Blackfield Chapel. Run past some containers, and you will come across a brick wall. The horseshoe is at the northernmost part of the K.A.C.C.
